Aligning Feature Announcements & Onboarding Tooltips
I noticed the in-app messaging (tooltips, onboarding flows, feature announcements, etc.) weren't matching the new UI we were rolling out or the “voice and tone” of Consensus. I put together some specs and wireframes for Marketing and CS reps, who were responsible for keeping those guides up to date, so they had something to work from without having to come back to design every time.
